Account & Registration FAQ

Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Set a strong password, enter a referal code if you have one, and tick the Terms and Conditions box. An OTP will arrive on your mobile number within seconds — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. PHJoyy verifies age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited. Please do not register on behalf of someone underage.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one PHJoyy account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If detected, all linked accounts may be suspended and any pending bonuses or balances forfeited. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact our support team instead of creating a new one.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address linked to your account and we will send a secure password reset link. Check your inbox and spam folder. The link expires after a short time, so act quickly. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact us at support@phjoyy.net for manual identity verification.

KYC is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include:

Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your chosen ID through your account dashboard. Processing usually takes one to two business days.

For security reasons, contact and identity details cannot be changed through the self-service dashboard alone. Email support@phjoyy.net with your registered name, account email, and a clear photo of your government ID. Our support team will guide you through the secure update process, which includes identity verification before any changes are applied.

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph deposits are usually credited instantly or within a few minutes. InstaPay transfers typically settle within minutes, while PESONet batch transfers can take up to the next banking day. Card payments are usually reflected within 5to 15 minutes depending on your issuing bank. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Yes. The minimum deposit varies by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits start from as low as ₱50, making PHJoyy accessible even for players with a modest entertainment budget. PHJoyy does not charge its own deposit fees. However, your payment provider — GCash, your bank, or your card issuer — may apply their own transaction fees depending on the type and amount of transfer. Check your e-wallet or banking app for applicable charges before sending. The amount credited to your PHJoyy account will be the net amount received after any provider fees.

No. PHJoyy requires all deposits to come from a payment account registered in the same name as the PHJoyy account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned or flaged. This policy protects against fraud and ensures compliance with financial regulations. Always deposit only from your own verified Philippine payment account.
Withdrawals FAQ

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section of your dashboard. Select your preferred Philippine payment method, enter the amount in pesos, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete and your payment account name matches your registered PHJoyy name before submitting. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within one to three hours during business hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within a few hours; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than 24 hours, contact support with your request ID. Processing times may be slightly longer during weekends and Philippine public holidays.

Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, a mismatch between your PHJoyy name and your payment account name, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or a technical issue with the receiving account. Review your account status, check the notification message sent with the decline, and contact support@phjoyy.net if you need clarification. Most declines can be resolved quickly once the underlying issue is identified.

Yes, a minimum withdrawal applies to each method. The minimums are designed to keep transactions practical and cost-efficient. Check the current minimums on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Bonus credits that have not met the required wagering turnover cannot be included in a withdrawal request.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Limits take effect quickly, and any request to increase a limit goes through a review period to prevent impulsive decisions. A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your access to gaming and deposits for a chosen duration — typically 24 hours, one week, or one month. It is useful if you feel your gaming is becoming stressful or uncontroled. Email support@phjoyy.net and clearly state "cooling-off request" along with your preferred duration. The restriction will be applied promptly. Do not open another account during cooling-off period — use the time to rest and reset.

Self-exclusion is a longer-term account restriction for players who want to take an extended break from gaming. Once activated, your account access, deposits, and marketing communications are all suspended for the chosen period. Contact support@phjoyy.net to request self-exclusion. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Email support@phjoyy.net and request to unsubscribe from SMS and email promotions. You can also update notification preferences through your account settings after logging in. Note that important account messages — such as OTPs, transaction confirmations, and security alerts — are not marketing and will continue to be sent as they are essential for account security.
