PHJoyy Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and PHJoyy ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phjoyy.net. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) PHJoyy account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If PHJoyy detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by the same IP address, device, payment method, personal details, or any other indicator — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functioning email address. • Keep your username and password confidential at all times.
• Never share your account login with another person, including family members.
• Log out of the platform after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Immediately notify PHJoyy support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

PHJoyy uses industry-standard security measures to protect your account. However, we cannot guarantee security against all threats. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your PHJoyy account for an added layer of protection.

PHJoyy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP ₱). We support the following payment methods for Filipino players:

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus terms apply across all PHJoyy promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified in the offer.
• Standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are fully met.

PHJoyy reserves the right to void any bets and confiscate winnings resulting from prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in violation of fair play rules will be permanently suspended and reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PHJoyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or delays in payment processing.

PHJoyy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and post a notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory guidance.

Your continued use of the PHJoyy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the PHJoyy platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
